This low-profile axle truss is designed for maximum clearance and strength - perfect for coilovers, ORI struts, air shocks, and high-articulation off-road suspension setups.
🔹 CNC-ready DXF file designed for plasma, laser, or waterjet cutting 🔹 Cut from 1/4" steel (top plates may be cut in 3/8" with minor trimming) 🔹 All tab-and-slot construction — zero bending required 🔹 Low-profile design offers excellent clearance for shocks, springs, and suspension hardware 🔹 Designed to fit tight around the center casting and can be welded to it (minor trimming may be required due to casting variations) 🔹 Includes one DXF file containing the full truss assembly with gussets and interlocking plates
⚠️ Installation Note To properly fit this truss, you will be required to remove 2" from the driver-side casting, including both the upper and lower factory radius arm mounts. Test-fit all components before final welding.
