Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by DVX Designs are digital downloadable files (DXF, PDF, and related formats). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information before purchasing.

Exceptions

We understand issues can arise. We will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• Corrupt or incomplete files - If your downloaded file is corrupted or missing components, we will provide a replacement file immediately.
• Wrong file delivered - If you received a file different from what was listed, we will correct it promptly.
• Duplicate purchase - If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days for a refund on the duplicate order.

What We Do Not Refund

• Change of mind after download
• Incompatibility with your specific software (please verify compatibility before purchasing - files are provided in industry-standard DXF format compatible with most CAD and plasma/laser cutting software)
• Inability to use files due to lack of equipment or software
• Files that do not fit your specific application due to custom modifications to your vehicle or structure
• Dissatisfaction with design style or aesthetics

  Custom Design Work

  For custom design services and consulting work:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins
  • Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files
  • Revisions are included as outlined in your project agreement
  • No refunds once final files have been delivered
